Well I worked at McDonalds before, and at least from my place they were very nice. Being they are all together in the building, when it's not busy, they were friendly bonding with each other, which is good mind setting for when talking to a customer which they act nicely to. When that dumb irrate person comes in screaming that they don't have their extra pickles (happened to me. Women was freaking out that she only had 2 pickles XD) the manager usually handles the situation all calmly and politely. (and then laughs about that person when they leave ;) )
