Although what you are asking has horrible grammar, I hope that I understand what you are trying to say. Each cell has organelles in it. A plant cell, for example, would have organelles such as mitochondria, chloroplasts, a central vacuole and a cytoplasm. Of course, each cell has more organelles than the ones that I have listed, but you should get the point. If what you mean to say is, "Can cells be organelles," than I would say no. I am not an expert scientist, but I am fairly smart when it comes to the subject, so that is my answer.
Any food, so long as you eat enough of it. (Protein is usually listed per 100 grams, if it's 2.25 per 100g, you just have to eat 200g of it to get 5.5 protein etc...)

There can be many reasons a movie is listed as unrated. The film makers may not wish to send their production to be rated as a choice, or the movie may still be in the process of rating the production when the movie or show is released. Often times movies are listed as unrated because it allows for a more graphic or gruesome scenes that would otherwise need to be modified or cut from the final movie cut. Producers can choose to release several ratings (R rated and Unrated versions) of the movie to suite viewers of more mature audiences.
