As people, there were not many differences between the British colonists and the British Redcoats.
As an army, the colonists used guerilla warfare . . . they would sneak up, wipe out some Redcoats, then disappear.
As an army the Redcoats would march into an area where they thought the colonist's army might be, then camped for the night. Of course, this allowed the colonists to slip away in the night. Often, the Redcoat army would march up with many, many soldiers then build a camp complete with tents, cooking stations, fires, and so forth. They might stay there for weeks.
Oddly, the same thing happened in World War Two. The English general, Montgomery, often did the same: set up camp and take rest and repair time (R & R) while the German army either sped away, or attacked them before they had many defenses set up and ready.
Redcoats :)
lobster backs and redcoats
loyalists, patriots, and redcoats
they were the Loyalists. the Patriots wore blue at the time
The Redcoats thought little of the Patriots as they were considered nothing more than farmers who would be no threat to the British mission. The song - Yankee Doodle - also is considered a negative and sarcastic song that was used in reference to the Colonists. Unfortunately for the British, Colonists enjoyed the song and did not take the song negatively.
The Patriots are currently better than the Jets by one game
yes
boston massacre
The Patriots. The Raiders have failed to post a record better than 5-11 since 2002 while the Patriots have not finished below 10-6 in that same span.

They were king george's army. (king george the third) The patriots fought them in many wars. The patriots won almost all their wars. However, the redcoats had an advantage of newer weapons and more soldiers.
