An entertaining purpose would be a fiction book like Brown Bear by Eric Carl, or one of the books in the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer. A persuasive purpose would be trying to get somebody to do something or to think a different way, etc. An informative purpose would be a book that had no opinion, and just basically facts, like a book about an animal, historian, inventor, etc.
