The urinary system is composed by the kidneys, bladder, ureters and urethra. The main organ of the urinary system is the kidney that has the function of filtering the blood. The waste is sent to the bladder and then eliminated through ureter.

The relation between the urinary and circulatory system is vital to the maintenance of life in mammals.

The circulatory system brings nitrogen wastes to the kidneys via renal arteries, which eventually form a ball of capillaries around the nephron head. The structure is called the glomerulus. The nitrogen wastes (urea) and excess water diffuse out of the blood into the head of the nephron, and they are passed along the nephron until they reach the ureter, which leads to the bladder.

This is very simplified, but it's the general idea.

also the kidney is responsible for the stimulation of red blood cell creation via erythropoetin, and also regulates blood pressure with the secretion of renin

In the course of using food for energy, various waste products are produced, and your kidneys perform this essential task.

The precursor of kidneys (nephridia) appear in primitive animals even before blood supply, brain, or heart.

So your circulatory system has kidneys, heart, lungs and liver as its principal organs.
