Standard - provides unlimited access for individuals or married couples
· Level 1 = $2395 one-time/$335 per month for 12 months
· Level 2 = $1995 one-time/$295 per month for 12 months
Shared - provides unlimited access for 2 individuals i.e. (2 friends)
· Level 1 = $3595 one-time/$495 per month for 12 months
· Level 2 = $2995 one-time/$435 per month for 12 months
Standard Weekday - provides unlimited access Tuesday thru Friday (except holidays)
