It should be used to maintain and better the church and support the priests or preachers or whatnot, food, clothing, etc. Within honoroble limits using only what's necessary for these things and then the rest should be spent on charity/ missionary work that glorifies Christ. The stories I have heard about preachers driving rolce royces is ridiculous. If they are using tithe money to buy it its stealing from God. Also pat Robertson billionaires should remember that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than it is for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven. Think about it. Could a camel ever pass through an eye of a needle.? No. I believe God here is telling us that no rich men on earth will go to heaven. And as we all know the vast majority of the population will not make it to heaven either.
