Wolves are often described as a dog (obviously) that is mean and vicious. Although, that isn't entirely true. You may have heard about the Big Bad Wolf in The Three Little Pigs or Little Red Riding Hood but that's not really how wolves are. They are misunderstood creatures. Really, if a human encountered a wolf, wolves only attack if they feel threatened. For instance, they'd feel threatened if you tried to touch them or capture them.

Are the wolves in new moon described as gigantic?

In New Moon, the wolves are described by Bella as being horse sized wolves. Sam Uley, the black wolf and alpha of the pack, is noted for being bigger than the rest of the pack because of his native bloodline being leaders. Jacob Black almost matches the size of Sam because he was to be the alpha of the pack and declined to let Sam become Alpha.

What is the biblical interpretation of wolves in a dream mean?

There is no specifically "biblical" interpretation of wolves in dreams. References to wolves are not common in the Scriptures, and they are consistently presented as dangerous and evil. In Isaiah and Jeremiah, wolves are listed among other wild animals of desolate places, while in Ezekiel, wolves are described as vicious and hungry. In the Gospels, false teachers are compared with wolves in sheep's clothing, and they are a metaphor for hostile and corrupting influences in both the Gospels and Acts.
