If you mean questions, edits, and first answers, click on "Question history" in the blue bar on the left-hand side of the page.
The questions and answers do have a 'date stamp'. Everything done here creates an 'audit trail'. This means supervisors and above can see 'who did what' for each question - in case some action needs to be taken. If you click on the question, then click on 'question tools' - you should se an option 'question history'. This shows who (and when the question was asked), and any edits or answers since it was posted - in time order.
Answers dot com and WikiAnswers get updates every day. Posted answers are always changing. Always look at the bottom of webpages for update date. On WikiAnswers check the Question History.

No, questions that you answered before joining The Initiates Program do not count towards your total for the answering questions mission. Only answers from the date you begin the mission count towards your total. You can check your total number of answers by clicking on "My contributions" on the blue menu and filtering to "Answers (new)".
