this answer will ofcourse have to depend on opinion. i personally think that it is the UK, where i live. and I'm not just saying that lol! i know this part will sound dumb but i heard that in the us you cant eat skittles and well.... i LOVE...skittles! And in other parts of the worlds there are worse laws such as Peru were if you are 18 and over it is illegal not to vote! ???
