As there is less or no gravity in space astronauts take closed food packets with them to the space . These food packets provide vitamins and minerals for astronauts in space to live .
Eat sleep and explore my friend
Most astronauts on the ISS spend their time building/maintaining the sturcture, exercising, and most importantly doing a vast array of preset experiments that they have been told to do. On the space station, they eat freeze dried foods, and drink water with them.
What do astronauts eat when travelling in space for long period of time? You must have also wondered how they are even able to eat in their weightless state. In fact, like us, they both solid and liquids foods. They have their food directly from closed packets, so that it does not fly, This food provides them with all the food constituents and vitamins they need.....!!
