They can get huge depending on what they can find. for example a bass w/ a diet of minnows and other small fish that can get them easily can get to be 2-3 feet. of cource there is the fact(s) that 1. they are in a sea, they can't allways outrun the prey and there is nowere to corner it 2. the water limits there sight because it's more murkey than that of a lakes visibility 3. well..... they arent that bright and bait (from a fisherman) is probably the easiest target and could die or get eaten before growing much so there is not much to say but from 0-3 ft.
