It is not how large, but how tall and it needs a stall large enough to move a wheelchair in/out. Handles are also needed on a wall. See the Disability Act for exact measurements.

I have heard of people peeing in bottles, maybe you could try that? Or you can use the toilet bowl for babies which is shorter and pee from your wheelchair so you don't have to go to the disabled toilet. Or when you want to poo, you can bring a plastic bag and poo in it.
