The size of the Caldera in Indonesia is about 30-35×100 km. some say 30 and some say 35 but the Yellow stone caldera is bigger. Yellowstone's is a about 85×45 km.
For sizes on all of the biggest go to: http://geology.about.com/library/bl/blbigcalderas.htm
Lake Toba is the lake forming the caldera of the Toba supervolcano. The lake is 100 kilometers long and 30 kilometers wide, and 505 meters deep at its deepest point.

It is called a crater. The area around the sides is the crater rim. If the volcano has collapsed into an empty magma chamber, this is called a caldera, and can exist for both tall or wide volcanoes.
A concave hollow is a crater. In a dormant volcano, the empty magma pit is called a caldera.
The largest volcanic crater is Lake Tobi. This volcanic crater lake has an area of 1,130 km². It has a depth of up to 505 meters.
The largest volcanic crater in the world is located in Tanzania , Africa. It is 2,236 meters above sea level. The diameter is 19 km and its surface measures no less than 304 kilometers squared.
This is called the cone, or cinder cone. The interior or crater area of a volcano is called the caldera, which contains the main vents. When a volcano is mostly dormant, lakes or glaciers may form inside the caldera.

The area of Lake Toba is 440 square miles, or 1130 square kilometers. It is the largest volcanic lake on Earth, and is part of the Toba caldera complex in Indonesia.

The opening may have a crater, more technically called a "caldera."
it is taupo new zealand and it is 234 sqmiles
Any place the volcano opens up is called a vent since it allows for the release of built up heat and gas. The main summit of the volcano is usually called the crater but I'm guessing there is probably something more technical that a geologist would call it. Hopefully this helps.
The largest volcano on Earth is Mauna Loa, Hawaii, with an area of 5271 km2, more than half of the "big island" of Hawaii. It is also the largest in volume, at more than 75,000 km3. The Mauna Loa (long island) ridge extends for more than 120 km, but at a slightly lower elevation than Mauna Kea to the north. The largest volcanic crater in the continental US is the Yellowstone supervolcano in Yellowstone National Park, in NW Wyoming in the US. The currently dormant caldera is approximately 3960 km2 -- 55 by 72 kilometers (34 by 44 miles)Another comparable volcanic crater (caldera) on Earth is Lake Toba on Sumatra Island, Indonesia. It is approximately 3000 km2 -- 100 kilometres long and 30 kilometres wide, and up to 505 meters (1666 feet) deep. matthew will get it wrong
The Yellowstone Caldera, also known as the Yellowstone Supervolcano, is a volcanic caldera and supervolcano estimated to be an area of about 34 X 45 miles (55 X 72 km).
