Well, I happen to agree that the remote control keys are very small...whether we are elderly or not. What I finally did was get an oversized key remote which is absolutely terrific. I found mine at K-Mart and it cost $9.99. Go to any superstore and ask for a big button universal remote control. Once you purchase it call Comcast and ask them to help you program it for your electronics or to send a technician out to do it for you.
