Yes. The iPod touch 5th generation is considerably taller and slimmer than the 4th generation model, which means Otterboxes and other cases made for the 4th generation iPod touch will not fit it.
there is BIG difference. the 4th generation has smaller pixels, built in speaker, built in mic, its faster, it has facetime-( a web cam camera on the front), a HD video camera on the back, for video and pictures. it aslo is way more organized, and nice, and it has airplane mode.
Well, how can you tell it's a 1st generation? if your iPod has just a solid metal back and it has a big black plastic that covers the whole left hand corner it is 8GB, 16GB or a 32GB and looks like this. it is a 1st generation How can you tell if it's a 2nd generation? if your iPod has a chrome back like this And it is 8GB, 16GB or 32GB it is a 2nd generation How can you tell if it's a 3rd generation? a third generation looks like a 2nd generation & try the apple site --> http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1353
The 5th generation iPod can be purchased in almost any electrical store. It can also be purchased on a large range of internet shops, these include the Apple website and many other big name online shops.
The only big difference between the two is that the 3rd has a 50% faster processor, so games and other apps run faster and more fluid than the 2nd generation.
Not much. The only big difference is that the 3rd generation has a better processor, so runs around 50% faster. Also, the 3rd generation iPod Touch is available in a 64GB version, and is also cheaper.
Companies such as Belkin and Griffin are big names in the iPhone/iPod Touch accessory world. Among the two companies, they produce a lot of the accessories you will see on today's iPhone or iPod Touch. They make protective cases, stylish leather and rubber cases, as well as a variety of other things (such as car chargers, portable chargers, and even solar chargers) for the average iPod Touch and iPhone user in today's world!
I originally had an iPod Nano first generation that I traded in for the new nano, about 8 months ago. To me, it was worth it and at the time, it was a huge upgrade. Now that the new iPods are coming out this september, I suggest you wait for them instead of getting the iPod Nano 4G. Ipod Nano 4G is a big upgrade from the 2G Nano, but you never know what the new nano will be like. This is your choice though and totally up to you.
The iPod second generation does not play music videos. And though, after fiddling around with mine, I found a category of "Music Videos" after clicking on the "Playlist" button. Hmm, I wonder what it means...anyways, everything and everyone tells me that it doesn't play music videos. If you want to play music videos, you must purchase any of these iPods: iPod Nano 3rd or 4th generation, iPod Video, or the iTouch. Go to www.apple.com to make an iPod purchase. You can also get engraving on the back of the iPod your purchasing with whatever you would like it to say, for FREE! But ONLY at the apple website. You can also get iPods and iTouches at the Apple store itself, or at most electronic stores including, Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, Circuit City, Best Buy, and possibly at Big Lots.
a ipod nano is a big as a plasma TV or an elephant
There is no reported price drop due to occur on the January Apple Event of 2010.
2nd, 3rd and 4th generations do and are compatible with all devices, bluetooth keyboards and headsets.
