In order to play the game, you have to download the client. It may be a big download to start out, but once it is updated, you will not have to have to download as much when the client gets updated in the future, unless they come out with a HUGE patch.

How do you change the weather on warcraft 3 frozen throne map editor?
press "R" on your keyboard while in World Editor. There you can create big tealish boxes. Highlight the whole map your working on and let go. It should add a region. Right click the region and click modify region properties. It should say something about the weather. You can change it anyway you like.
