You have no clue what you are doing and will just screw your nose piercing up, save the effort wasted by a bad idea and see a professional body piercer. ∙ 10y agoThe biggest size one can get if looking into getting a nose stud varies on what type of piercing one wishes to have, the sizes go in gauges and goes up in two's 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 18, 20 and 22, remember the lower the number the bigger the gauge.

∙ 15y agoMost people will pierce a nose at an 18 guage, but a 16 guage can be used to allow for swelling. Although it may be hard to find a 16 guage nose ring, they do exist.
