LOL, good question. How adept are you at following through with mailing them in as per the instructions?
I used to work for C.C. and I don't recall anyone complaining that the rebates are bogus. Seems that most of the time, the customer failed to send them in or do so by the required date.
If someone offers a rebate and you follow the instructions, it should be completed. Just be sure to read the fine print.
