It depends on how many goldfish and their size. Just call or stop into a pet shop within your area, and they will be able to advise you appropriately.
Answer; generally as a rule you should allow 1 gallon per inch of fish The above answers are okay, however I have found that goldfish tend to thrive when they are given at least a 20 gallon aquarium to live in and an additional 10 gallons for each additional fish.
Whatever you get, don't get the small goldfish bowls, they are torture to the fish. On average, they live only a year or two in a bowl, but can live 20-40yrs in a large tank. Its good that you have 3, because goldfish are social creature. Try a 50cm x 50cm tank (20 in x 20in) or larger Whatever you get, don't get the small goldfish bowls, they are torture to the fish. Goldfish get very big and are very messy. For 8 juveniles you might be able to get away with a very heavily over filtered 30 gallon, but as they each got larger (and they should grow pretty quick) they'll quite quickly need much larger housing.
The general rule is 20 US gallons each for a Fancy Goldfish, 55 US gallons each for Commons/Comets (which are essentially pond fish).
Don't underestimate these very big and very messy fish!
At least four or five gallons, depending on what type of goldfish and how big they're expected to get. The general rule of thumb is that you want at least a gallon for every inch of fish.
You can definitely do that, but you haven't made it clear that you have cold water in the tank before. If you can keep the water temperature at 72 F, then you can keep both cold water fishes like gold fishes and non-aggressive community tropical fishes like gouramis, platys, mollies, algae eaters etc with gold fish.
First I'd clap before in front of my fish tank then my fishes will come to the particular corner of my fish tank after that I'll give them a food...
12 fishes
Scoop all your fishes to another tank or tub of water and clean the fish tank just as you would normally without the fish
WHen there is no other fish in the tank
If the fish is dead it may sink. Otherwise a fish can go anywhere in the tank by using its swim bladder. If the fish seems to be struggling to get to the surface, the fishes swim bladder is damaged and the fish should be euthanased.
No, they will most likely eat your fish.
depends on the fishes size
The turtles will eat the fish.
They turn upside down and don't move. If they jump out of the tank put them back in to see if they are alive. They sometimes stay alive when out of water (there're called miracle fish) They get fished out and flushed or buried.
Gold is an inert metal (not dangerous to fish). You can put it into a fish tank if you choose too.
The plural of fish is fish. An example sentence is below for both singular and plural use. Singular: "Mark has a fish tank with one fish." Plural: "Susan's fish tank has three fish." If there are different types of species of fish then yes I suppose the plural is fishes, but if you are talking fish in general it is fish.
