You must first enter a beginning point address to search for a location on the Google street maps website. After entering a beginning address, enter the address of the location of interest.

I assume you are asking how to get a street level on a Google map. Enter an address on Google Maps and when the map comes up, click on the red "balloon" that indicates the approximate address location. The click on "street level view".
