Do you mean access your personal LAN from the office..?? The best way to access any LAN is to set-up a vpn tunnel over the internet. Or even just an RDP will suit most people.
Or you could go and buy third party software but Id highly recommend against it. Most of it is costly and its not much more effort to set-up your own thing through the Microsoft OS and its free and you have way better tech support.
There's thousands of forums and websites etc that will help you troubleshoot why something isn't working if its an inbuilt Microsoft program.
