How can I delete a folder in my pc whose name is too long and I can't rename it?

If you are unable to rename or delete a folder by usual means, you may first have to change file permissions of that folder. One convenient way is to install the Take Ownership shell extension or this one. That allows you to right-click on a file or folder and click on Take Ownership to get the permissions needed. But you can do it through the Properties dialog as well if you know what you are doing. The Permissions tab is quite intimidating for those who are unfamiliar with it, so that is why using Take Ownership is recommended.

Then you should be able to click on the file name to open it for editing or right click and then select rename or delete.

If all else fails, get the Unlocker tool. The right-click on the object you cannot rename or delete and select Unlocker on it.

Right click on the folder, then a menu should pop up with several options, with one of them being 'Delete'. Left click on the option to delete the folder. But in that menu, it may also give you the option to rename it, so if it does, you may prefer to do that instead of deleting it.
