Eating Asian will seriously cut down on your cost of groceries. Buy a bag of rice and some vegetables, maybe some meat if you want, and eat that everyday. It's cheap, healthy, and it fills you up. If possible, buy in bulk as cheap as possible and freeze it for later use(mostly meat).
