I think protein is the key. Eat lots of lean protein such as chicken, turkey, lean beef, eggs and protein drinks. Add in your favorite fruits and vegetables. Round our your diet with some whole grain breads and cereals.

Because your diet and exercise will vary, if you want to lose weight steadily then you will have to eat the same amounts of food, the same type of food in the same time and the same speed, excrete the same amounts of substances, breathe the same amount and exercise the same amount every day which is stupid.
