Most reputable doctors that are the least bit involved with this require that you follow the WPATH http://wpath.org/ Standards of care which say that you need to see a therapist first. So, your first step would be to find a gender therapist in your area. After you have met and discussed your feelings and experiences with a therapist, and they can determine you aren't really psychotically crazy and understand what you are getting involved with (which usually takes between two and 32 sessions) they will give you a letter of approval which you could then take to an endocronlogist and become Hormone therapy. Please also see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hormone_replacement_therapy_(female-to-male) for extensive technical details.

How can the female voice change to deep voice?

Find some testosterone injections. But don't ask your doctor. He will probably try to stop you because he doesn't get enough commission from the pharmaceutical companies. Instead look on Chinese websites, or travel through Tijuana in Zona Norte and ask about testosterone.

Where can you get testosteron?

You can't get it over the counter. Go to your general practicioner. If your testosterone level is low they can put you on something like androgel, a topical that has testosterone in it. It gets absorbed through your skin and into your blood stream. If your doctor won't cooperate, go online to an anti-aging site. They hook you up online with a doctor who will prescribe it (and it will be expensive). They will probably give an injectable testosterone steroid like testosterone cypionate. They send you syringes, etc. and you inject weekly into your thigh. The only other route is to buy testosterone steroids on the black market (i.e. illegally). You do this at your local gym or online. Be aware that this is against the law, testosterone is a schedule III drug, and you are running a risk. Also, lots of online sites are total ripoffs. Best bet = find a local doctor who specializes in anti-aging, or male hormonal problems, and work with them. You may have to shop around a little. But if you really need it, it will change your life, believe me. Good luck.

Does taking female hormones affect the males penis?

A man taking female hormones is normally used by transsexuals. These hormones can help block testosterone and can result in the growth of breasts, raise the pitch of your voice and make your body shape look more feminine. The penis is not affected by this treatment, but you may find it harder to achieve erections, and you may gain higher amounts of abdominal fat.
