Do something that can make you happy..

Something like jogging..

Listen to calm, soft and relaxing music. Try to meditate or do yoga to let your body de - stress and let your emotions run free. You can also try writing in a journal about what you are feeling, that will help get your problem off your shoulders. Sleeping can also help, giving your mind and body to rest, but if the situation is serious try speaking to a close friend or trusted relative or even a local counsellor or psychologist.

Just relax and DONT think about it the whole day, whatever problem your having. Think of exciting things coming up, maybe a holiday, or birthday. If the stress coems back push it away and think of other things. Then once you've done that for a day, sleep through it, take some breaks if stress ever comes back. But sleep really helps so make sure your getting enough of it!

Now, this is just my opinion. I'm just a 12 year old 7th grader that gets my major anxiety issues from my mother. Thanks a lot mom ;) What has helped me for the past year, has been seeing my therapist. When I first started seeing her I went once a week. Now that I am better and have progressed, I see her once every two weeks. I have also been taking an anti anxiety medication once a day. It really does make a difference. This is my opinion. For some people, meditation might work. Make its exercise. I know that going jogging with my dad sure does help me get my mind of things, and it also produces some stuff in your brain that helps relieve stress. Just don't quote me on that :) I hope I helped, maybe just a little. Sorry for making you suffer through this long paragraph! :)
