Assuming you can deal with any infection, the sides must be stabilized by bonding the two halves. Use a small hardware store stainless steel washer, bend it to match the curve of the nail, and bond it with superglue. Then tape the end of the finger to exclude dirt. and let the nail grow out for several months. Again, infection changes this to a medical problem in a hurry, so watch the site.
