If it is one of the Cipher Peon's or Admins, then you can fight them all again, Cipher Peon's with them just showing up, and the Admins in Realgem Colosseum, which is previously Construction Site, turning into Realgem Tower after you defeat Ein at the Dark Pkmn Lab
