your best sot is alakazamx2,blazikan,groudon kygore,and latios i would say you need blaziken lv 65+ groudon lv 55+ rayquaza lv 70+ alakazam lv 50+ aggron lv 50+ latios lv 60+ P.S. dont worry about rayquaza and training it to level 70 because you catch him at level 70 so just get it up a few more levels no i did it with a level 54 blaziken, level 54 groudon, level 54 torkoal, level 58 zangoose, level 31 tentacool (didnt use him really) and a level 41 swellow (didnt really use her either

To get groudon or kyogre you have to beat the Pokemon league then go to the weather institute {where you got castform or next to fortree city} and talk to the scientist upstairs to the left and he will say that there's a drought on a routewhatever and that's where groudon is. he is in a cave on that route. but you have to hurry because he will not be there all the time. if you didnt find him talk to the scientist again and groudon will be on a different route. do the same thing to get kyogre.kyogre wil be underwater so make sure you have a Pokemon with you that knows dive.kyogre is also in a cave but underwater.it might be hard catching them.good luck!
