You have probably heard this before but everybody has acne. Don't let it get you down :)

Tips:

* Wash your face eveyrday (start with at least 3 times a day)

* Drink lots of water. No carbonated drinks for a while.

* Exercise(it distresses you helping to get rid of acne and helps you feel good)

* Get plenty of sleep

* Eat lots of fruits and vegetables (Try having lots of apples and Oranges, for some reason they are very helpful)
