There are a lot of great exercises you can do to help this! First make sure you warm up and stretch. Get an exercise ball. They are very helpful and a lot of fun! Water aerobics are also a great way to exercise while taking the weight of your back. Before you try anything, make sure you consult your doctor or physical therapist.
