eat less and eat healthy., if u like or get cravings for not so healthy things, just eat something naturaly sugery not like candy tho, but if u do weed, u get VERY hungry so, just bring more healthier things with u and lots of drinks
you don't want to push yourself TOO hard. go for an activity you like: sports, jogging, swimming, hiking, biking. try going to your local gym. but definitely don't obsess about your weight. it will put in a bad self-image.
You shouldn't be trying to lose weight at that age because 1) you're still growing, so you could be growing taller & leaner, 2) diets, if that is your choice of method, at your age tend to become to extreme ( bullemia, anerexia ) . My best advice to you is to just go out, play some sports, and don't try anyhing too extreme!

Get familiar with your body and start controlling your hunger so that you eat only six meals per day without snacks, no extra sugar from candy and stop eating when you are full (meaning when you think that you have eaten enough). Fad diets and low carbohydrate diets have been sadly popular with the youth of today, but they should never be endorsed since they can really mess up one's normal growth.
