Allah is always there to listen to you. And He listens and understands more deeply than any other human being can.
read the following verse from Allah as revealed in the Quran:
(1) When My servants ask thee concerning Me, Iam indeed close (to them): ilisten to the prayer of every suppliant when he calleth on Me: Let them also, with a will, Listen to My call, and believe in Me: That they may walk in the right way.
( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #186)

What do Muslims benefit from praying?
Muslims believe that if they pray 5 times a day, Allah will listen. They believe that if they pray for someone to get better, Allah will listen and help make that person better. Also, they believe that if they stick to their 5 prayers, when they die Allah will send them to heaven. Hope I Helped! :)

No it's not at all. The Holy Quran is Allah's word, we recite it & listen to its recitations to enjoy & learn from Allah's word but it's not an idol. We Muslims don't pray for it,we don't supplicate to it all our worship is for Allah, the only one God. Even the Holy Quran itself teaches to worship the only one God, Allah. And it strictly prohibits the idolization & the polytheism in general.
