What you can do is:
1. Put your dog on a leash
2. Grab some treats
3. Take your dog to the road
4. Give your dog a treat every time he/she doesn't move or lunge at cars
5. Keep doing this for a couple of days
6. Your dog should then learn when it gets to the road he/she should sit and stay still.
Put your dog inside when you leave or hitch it. If it is following you down the road it's possible that it could follow other cars as well and might be in danger of being run over.
Keep them on a leash. Seriously, you're trying to work against dog nature on this one, it's hunting the cars.
Lay on your floor and bury your eyes into your hands. You can also just bring a treat around wherever you go. If you have a dog whistle, put it to use.
Buy him his own
Teach it to 'stay'.
the dog had a reflective collar on. IT WAS DAYTIME!
Train the dog to stay off the bed.
Joe Flacco owns a house(mostly where his parents stay) on a long private road off of keeners road(ghost road) in Maryland
You need to stay off the road!
Personally, I would begin to teach the dog to keep off the sofa. If you feel that you would still like your dog to stay on the sofa, then a good way to stop them from scratching is to use a small water bottle and everytime sratching occurs, use a small squirt on the dog's back to give them a shock. If even this doesn't work, the best thing to do is to pull them off the sofa! Hope this info helped!
Well there are a few things you could do about it, but only two answers are the best.Buy one of the dog hair vacuums. They're handheld, and really get the job done. Also, try to train your dog to not go on the furniture by saying loudly, and in a stern, low voice "OFF!" The dog will either be startled and jump off, hearing the alpha dog in your voice, or it will stay on the furniture. If it does stay there, give it a strong nudge on its behind while repeateing off again. When the dog gets off the furniture, give a treat, praise it, and say "OFF STAY" slowly, the dog will begin to understand. Hope I helped!
yes. the only concern would be near busy main roads and surrounding places where your whippet may come out of sight of you. if you don't do that and let your dog run on a pavement adjacent to a busy major road, then chances are your whippet will speed off into the tracks of a vehicle. if the whippet is a young puppy train the dog to walk senisbly and teach it the places that are safe to be off the leash.
As long as you don't stay on the internet forever, your dog will be OK. ... unless you hate your dog.
your calves will get sore
Well this depends on what you are asking. If it is: "How can the dog learn his name on the first go?" Then that is impossible. If it is "Is there a way you don't need to teach the dog a name?" Then you must start your game, and put ONE dog in the hotel. Then buy a new dog and when the teach name bit comes up, turn the DS off. Then turn it back on, and your dog will have no name. Don't know why you wanted this but hope it helps.
A black dog is sleeping on a black road. The black dog does not snore, and does not sleep with its eyes open. There is no moon, and there are no streetlights. There are no lights from nearby houses.
