There are several options. Placing a small amount of foam poster tape against the door may buffer the noise on it. If it is the glass rattling inside the frame, then clear industrial caulk can be placed on the inside of the window between the glass and the frame to hold it in place and be invisible once it dries. Neither of these options would involve removing the door from the hinge, or the glass.
