Pimples are common on everyone, even around those areas. But let your skin get some sunlight and air around there so it can breath. The pimples are caused by lots of reasons like puberty, hormone changes, dirt and more. So i suggest that you just use soap and water or body scrubs using a flannel or back scrubber to clean your pores and to prevent any more breakouts.-Hope this helps
the spots on your back and shoulders is a fungus there are different ways to get rid of it but a very cheap and effective way to avoid a expensive trip to the dermatologist is to go to any drug store and find selsun blue its a dandruf shampoo but works just as well on the fungus, thickly lather the shampoo over the infected areas and leave it until it dries, that usualy takes about 20 minutes, shower afterwards and do this 1-2 weeks and it should heal the problem.
get some mosturising cream, toothpaste(not the gel) and moisturising oil + mix together in a bowl,
only use a small amount each..
dab onto the spots or lather your face in it..but put extra on the spots
i would recommend, Avon moisturising cream(small blue tub),any toothpaste+sanex moisterising oil.
leave the mixture on for 10-15minutes until it feels as though it's harden
then wash off with HOT water then cold..
DAB your face dry
Pimples are the result of dirt or debris that clogs the pores and becomes infected. normally ther oils that the skin produces will cause the particle to remain lodged in the pores of the skin....
Thje best way to treat or prevent it is to deep clean the pores with a mild astringent. Once you have done so you need to use a light oil to moistrurize the skin. This is important because the skin needs to be protected from bacteria that may lodge inside the pores.
The skin will need to be protected until it can form its natural oil to act as a protective covering.
Use an essential oil such as tea tree oil to deep cleanse the skin daily and use a light carrier oil such as almond oil to protect the skin. See the related link for further information.
