Bolt pattern for what? Nearly everything that has more than one bolt has a bolt pattern. Are you looking for the wheel bolt pattern? Or the torque pattern for say, the intake manifold bolts?

The 1999 Pontiac cylinder head gasket bolt torque specification is 160 pounds. The intake manifold bolt torque specification is 90 pounds.
You can't just drop new bolts in the holes where the broken bolts came out of. The manifold has to be removed and the broken bolt ends removed with an EZ-Out or at a machine shop. While the manifold is off, you can take one of the bolts to an auto parts store for match-up and buy the bolts you need.
