My answer came from another forum. The user had a Wacom Tablet. Once he disconnected it, the jiggle stopped. I had the same problem and disconnected my Wacom Tablet and stopped the mouse pointer problem.

The Wacom Intuos4 Small Pen Tablet has a regular price of $229.00 but can be found online on sites such as Amazon for as low as $100 dollars. There are newer models available than the Intuos4.
You should contact Wacom support, they answered me quickly, but most likely yes. My experience is with a Bamboo pen on an older tablet, it works perfect. Wacom has a good backwards compatibility policy.
