If you mean Windows Media Player, then yes you can.
You just have to convert the file type to MOV, unless it's already that file type.
I go to MediaConverter.org to do that.

∙ 13y agoYou need a program like iTunes on your may computer to transfer. Transfer music from ipad back to your computer, and then transfer your computer stuffs to another one. Itunes is a free program.

∙ 11y agoThere's really no way to transfer music directly from an iPad to an iPod. However, if both devices are running iOS 5 or later and you sync them with the same iCloud account (under Settings), you can go to the iTunes app and download songs under "Purchased". This will only work with songs you have purchased from iTunes, though.
Also, you could just sync both devices with the same computer using iTunes, and get the songs that way.
