- Once you break a trust with your spouse (even family or friends) it is very difficult to gain their trust again. The fact that you cheated on your wife for two years (you probably got caught) has made your situation even more difficult. Often women can forgive their spouse for one mistake if the husband comes clean on his own. Marriage counseling is an alternative and may show her that you are working at trying to gain her trust once again, but you'd better mean it! Cheating is cheap; deceitful and hurtful so before you try winning your wife's trust back be sure you've sown all the wild oats you've built up in the past or move on and leave her alone.

And also you need to go to church and confess so that way God can forgive you and your wife will know that you are sincere. But if your wife decided to move on without you, your best bet is let her go because she didn't deserve you, no fun intended. I just hate cheater.
