i am also a 12 year old girl that is trying to lose wieght so my grandma said to help me to lose weight iis when your at the super marget look at the back of any type of food you like eating and try to make sure it has low sodium and sugar cause soduim and sugar is what makes you gain the wieght also to lose wiegiht try to eat early so you have time to lose that wieght and like after 5pm try to eat fruits or anything with low soudim and sugar .
Well I did Zumba with my mom and drunk lots of water. Also I had many healthy foods such as fruits and veggies. But u need to know this doesn't happen over night you have to do it over and over again
i was about 200 pounds but now i am 115 pounds just be self confident and eat right exercise and don't starve yourself i worked out 1hr a day so cardio works wish you the best of luck!!!!

If starved for prolong periods of time, such as two weeks, you would most likely gain weight instead of losing it.
You probably don't need to loose weight, since you are 12!!!! :D
