Drinking apple cider vinegar diluted with water, I recommend taking 2 tablespoons with a liter of water daily, you will love the results... I hope this helps, and please do not throw-up the first or second time you drink it, it is because of your acids in your stomach... you'll get used with it when you drink it more and more, oh I know it tastes horrible, but like I said you will get used to it, and trust me it wont taste bad after that, and other than that, just eat healthy... trust me I use it and, I will tell you what... I am not a doctor, I am not a teacher. I learned that from my online school... I am a 9th grader... :)
