Wait another five years. I can only say do it ina health way. You do not really have to worry about your weight now just eat healthy foods and excersise. As long as your healthy nothing else matters.

Easy if your really overweight the pounds will drop quickly with a few small changes. Getting active playing sports really helps but if you dont like doing that. try this. cutting 200 calories out of your everyday life for a week every week you could loose 2 pounds per week. Make small changes like instead of a medium fry get a small fry. or instead of crispy chicken have girlled. also when you think your hungry try drinking more water you might just be thirtsty. mark this stuff on your calendar and maybe look through a victorias secret catalog to get motivated.
