First of all, you don't need to lost 25 pounds fast. It is unhealthy to lose more than a few pounds a week. However, you can lose some weight.

The main principle in diet and exercise is that you have to burn more than you eat. Exercise some, and cut down on junk foods and sweets. Instead of those bad foods, eat some fruits and veggies. Get some protein and calcium.

Finally, don't skip meals or eat less than you normally do, this is obviously bad for you, so just don't do it and above all just eat healthy and be active.
