You can't really do that unless you do like.. .no eating or belemic. It would be really difficult. I know for sure you couldn't do it while staying healthy.

A little exercise would help
You are already underweight in relation to your height. You do not need to lose weight.
Work hard on doing simple little workouts every day maybe only do only 30 to 45 minutes a day on them.
Let the 5 year old lift 100 pound weights and he will lose tons of weight
You should check out a calorie calculator to see how many you are supposed to eat. you have to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound and an exercise reference chart would tell you what exercise burns how many calories.
