How can a 17 year old woman lose over 100 lbs within a year or so Decently Not highly active Eat a lot of skinless and boneless chicken. Any ideas?

It is not so much a question of the amount of weight you wish to lose, it is mroe what is the starting weight and what is the target weight. 100 pounds is a lot to lose. If the diet is right then exercise will be required.
