Change up your diet. Try to eat small meals or hearty snacks every couple of hours. Doing so will help to speed up your metabolism and lose the last few pounds. (ex: a small sandwich / yogurt & berries/ cheese and whole grain crackers / a handful of almonds / peanut butter on an apple)
You want to make sure 60% of your diet comes from carbohydrates, especially because you are very active (sweet potatoes and bananas are like super-foods because they have lots of fiber, vitamins, and are good complex carbohydrates [the ones that are best for your body found in fruits, veggies, and whole wheat]).
Also, be sure and change up your workout. You want to keep your body guessing. Weight training is a must because the more muscle you have, the faster your body will burn fat. You may put on muscle weight, but you will definitely tone up and lose fat.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
