I think a fitness log helps me reach my fitness goals because it keeps me honest. Sometimes I'll forget how many times I've workout this week, thinking it's probably been most days, then when I look at my log seeing I did not get enough hours in. I think it's the same philosophy as a food log, it keeps you in track of what you are and aren't doing. I would advice anyone to keep a log if having a hard time reaching those fitness goals!
