If both parents can be proved to be unfit parents, then grandparents may be awarded custody. Note that other relatives may be judged better custodians, particularly the uncles and aunts of the children, where there are similar age cousins.
Proving that someone is an unfit parent can be easy, if he/she is a habitual criminal, clinically proven as mentally ill, a drug addict or proven abuser of children. Abandonment also offers a strong case.
Otherwise it is very hard. Courts will support the child-parent link under even very adverse circumstances.
And BOTH parents must be declared unfit.
I'm in the process of trying to get custody of my grand daughter. I went to the family court buildig last week and was told that to open a case, I have to contact CPS first. They do an investigation, and it then goes befoe a judge. So the first thing you have to do is contact Child Protective Services and get a social worker.
names and ages of robert h. schuller grandchildren??
Informing you that they have three grandchildren would be easier if there were names, dates, and ages, of the grandparents and grandchildren. This does not have enough information to state whether or not they do have three grandchildren.
5-18
He doesn't. He goes through the appropriate court and will gain primary residential custody if it is in the best interest of the child. You do not "take" anything.
It is absolutely normal. Imagine this: You are 24, your mother is 44, your grandmother is 64 and your great-grandmother is 84. All of these are sensible ages.
I'm not sure how many grandchildren Kenny Rogers has. He has several kids from different marriages and twin boys with his recent windowed wife.

Christmas cards for grandchildren of all ages are widely available in-store and online. Wal-Mart, Target and Home Depot offer a wide range of cards, suitable for males and females, whilst the Hallmark website provides further choice.
Youll have to be more specific. What 'rights' you are referring to? What are the ages of the children? Who has primary custody of them while you are (presumably) in prison?
Your children are reaching an age where they need separate rooms if you don't hit custody issues now you soon will.
If you are not married, which I assume considering your ages, it's always the mother unless the father has been granted custody by the court. If not married he should petition the court for visitation rights and shared custody or he does not have much to stand on if she says no.
